Shipping Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number. You can track the parcel.

Dropshipping

Natural Raw Hair Extensions Company give dropshipping facility but in the USA only. We only provide dropshipping in the USA.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package, and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, or they have lost it in transit. Please send us a text message immediately by the WhatsApp number +91-9105313050 We will contact the courier company right away. We immediately start a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent.

International Shipments

We require all international customers to submit a complete shipping address with zip code, city, and state. Once you’ve placed your order, you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. International shipments may not have postbox numbers.

Customs Clearance

International shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. They sent invoices with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Free Shipping

Sometimes, our company provides free shipping on a special offer. You can see the details in the special offer section.

“Minimum Shipping charges will be $35” for international shipments. The shipping charge also depends upon the quantity and destination. If the bulk quantity of the order is placed, the highest shipping charge will be applied.

Fumigation Certificate

A fumigation certificate is mandatory. It will charge you $19.

A fumigation certificate is compulsory custom clearance.
