As our company sells the highest quality 100% raw “natural raw hair extensions” which come from the donors and temples directly, we don’t accept any refunds.

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no refund permitted but if you have any complaints about the damage of hairs, we can give the full refund after receiving the products. Conditions will be applied as below.
- All items must be returned in their original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
- For any returns, you must contact the customer service department to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
- Damaged items are ineligible for return.
- Products should not be washed and used. Washable and usable products will not be accepted and your refund will not be given.
- All taxes and customs export/import duties will be paid by the buyer.
